Policy/Procedures
Reservations/ payments Terms:
- Reservations become in contract when a deposit is received and when rental agreement is signed.
- All orders must be paid 5 business day prior to delivery. If not, orders must be approved by management on contract.
- All orders will include a security deposit of 25%
- If the clients fail to pay the full balance owed on this rental agreement a 17% interest will be added to your balance monthly
Delivery and pickup Services:
- Rates are based on distance and time.
- Customers arc responsible to ensure that the delivery premises are available between the company business days and hours or additional 10% charge will be made hourly.
- If there is a disagreement in your order you must call with the hour of your delivery. Otherwise you are fully responsible
- Tables and chairs must be cleaned, folded and stacked in the same locations as delivered.
- Linens must be placed in the bags as delivered.
- If the items are not available for pick up on the agreed date and time, an additional rental fee will be made.
- The same applies to pick-up in person, orders via our warehouse must be returned on the agreed date before 5:00 P.M
This applies to the person who rented merchandise as well as the person who signing for the merchandise.
Damaged/Replacement Charges:
- Replacement cost will be assessed on any equipment due to loss, abuse or any damage to rental merchandise by the customer.
- If the items are not returned after one week of the rental, the client will be charged for the full cost of the item, plus a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee and all other legal fee.
- The deposit will be refunded two weeks after the equipment has been returned and counted by our staff.
Cancellation Fee:
- You will be charged 50% of your total amount if you cancel five days prior to your event.
- If order is cancelled post contract you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee
Privacy:
- All information provided to F.vcnti Rentals from client is to remain confidential, unless told otherwise by client
Agreement:
- Client agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for any damage caused by Eventi property; Eventi rental’s not responsible for any injury or property damage.
